House Rules
Our 10 rules that apply to all guests staying at Chalet Tannegg. They are a partย of our Terms & Conditions to which you have agreed during the booking process. When these rules are broken we remain the right to hold our guests liable for the damages or to evict you from the property.
1. No Smoking, candles, or other fire
As this is a wooden house, we strictly permit smoking or open fire anywhere in the building. That includes on the balconies.
2. Must wear a face-mask
In the shared spaces (main hallway and ski-room) it is mandatory to wear face masks that cover mouth and nose (don’t be an open-nose type for your own good. It just looks too silly, plus it defies the whole purpose ๐ Check out here our full COVID-19 response.ย
3. No unregistered guests
It is not allowed to invite any people over in the apartments that are not part of the original agreement.ย
4. No eating and drinking in the bedrooms
Sounds silly, but unfortunately, we often have stains in the bedroom as a result of eating and drinking. An exception is having water next to the bed.
5. Ssst… Keep it quite between 9pm – 7am
Chalet Tannegg is an old (and lovely) house, but the walls can be thin. Be considerate to your fellow guests and keep it down in the evenings and early morning.ย
6. No pets ๐
Sorry… We love animals. A Lot. But unfortunately, our hairy friends can make it very uncomfortable for the current or future guests with allergies. No pets allowed…
7. Keep it clean
Please leave the the apartment in a clean state, as close as possible as how you found it. That includes doing the dishes. Please leave your garbage at the wooden house 30m left of Chalet Tannegg. Thank you! (We offer intermediate cleaning services)
8. Report any accident
If you have an accident. For example because something broke, or something happened with the bed linnen, please report this immediately to the host so that we can fix it ๐
9. When you turn it on, turn it off
Help us safe energy and try to think of turning off the lights when you leave the house to save energy. Also the fans in the bathrooms, the TV, and any kitchen equipment.
10. Respect the check-out in time
Check-out time is at 10 am. Please make sure that you have taken all your belongings by then and left the apartment in a clean state. You can leave the luggage at the host if you still want to go to the village before you leave.
